Services / Salesforce Implementation

Salesforce implementation, built by the people who scope it

A Salesforce implementation is the process of configuring and customizing Salesforce — objects, automation, security, and integrations — to run a specific business process, from a first Sales Cloud rollout to a multi-cloud org spanning Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud. CRM Unity builds implementations with Apex, Flow, and Lightning Web Components, bulkified, secured, and tested near 100% coverage, priced as a fixed scope rather than by the hour.

FAQ

Common questions

What's the difference between a Salesforce implementation and a Salesforce customization?

An implementation sets up Salesforce to run a process for the first time, a new cloud, a new object model, a new team going live. Customization is smaller, incremental work on an org that's already live. CRM Unity does both, usually starting with an org audit if the org is already in production.

Do I need a full implementation, or can I start smaller?

Most engagements are scoped in phases rather than as one large build. A first phase covers the core process; later phases add automation, integrations, or additional clouds once the first phase is live and validated.
