Experience Cloud portals that customers actually use
Salesforce Experience Cloud is Salesforce's platform for building customer- and partner-facing portals, self-service, account management, or scheduling, on top of the same data and automation that runs your internal Salesforce org. CRM Unity has built Experience Cloud sites with Salesforce Scheduler and Field Service for self-service appointment booking, which took one client's booked appointments up 10×.

Common questions
What's the difference between Experience Cloud and a regular website?
A regular website is static content. An Experience Cloud site is logged-in and connected directly to your Salesforce data. A customer can see their own case status, book an appointment, or update their own record, and that action updates the same Salesforce org your internal team uses.
Can customers self-schedule appointments through Experience Cloud?
Yes. Paired with Salesforce Scheduler and Field Service, an Experience Cloud site lets customers book appointments directly against real availability.
