Case Study

10× more appointments booked within 30 days of launching self-scheduling

A Salesforce Experience Cloud site with Salesforce Scheduler took booked appointments up 10× after customers could self-schedule directly, instead of booking by phone or email.

The result

10× more appointments booked after customers could self-schedule directly on Experience Cloud.

What was built

An Experience Cloud site with Salesforce Scheduler, published on a branded custom domain rather than the default Salesforce URL. Scheduler's native engine — skill-based matching, shift-based availability, multi-resource bookings — already covered what this client needed. The custom work went into the booking experience itself: an embedded Flow with Apex-backed Lightning Web Components that replaced Scheduler's default screens to match the client's design and UX standards, without changing the underlying scheduling logic.

Situation

The client is a financial services firm with about 25 employees, offering investment advice and tax planning. Appointments were previously booked by phone or email.
